How does it work?

This isn't a rigid course with modules. It's a one-to-one advisory and support service that combines high-level strategy with the ability to answer the day-to-day questions that trip you up.

1. The Monthly Strategy Call
Once a month, we jump on a Zoom call for 60-90 minutes. We’ll look at your numbers, your marketing, operations etc, figure out what’s working (and what isn’t), and set a clear plan for the month ahead. Whether it’s fixing margins, planning a new product launch, or improving ads, we'll tackle it together.

2. Direct Support Between Calls
Business happens every day, not just once a month. That’s why you’ll have direct access to me via a private project board.

Got a supplier issue? Need a second pair of eyes on an email campaign? Worried about a cashflow blip? Just drop it in the board and I’ll get back to you (usually within 24 hours).

How much does it cost?

I keep this simple and transparent.

Fee: £750 + VAT per month.
Terms: Rolling monthly agreement with just a 30 day notice period to cancel. No long-term contracts.

Who is this for?

I focus exclusively on the "Scale-Up" phase. To get a return on your investment here, you need to be established but looking to grow.

This is for you if:
You’re a UK-based Founder of a D2C or B2C ecommerce brand.
Your turnover is between £400k and £2m.
You want to scale up, improve your profit, or you're thinking about exiting in the future.
You’re open to honest feedback and willing to make changes.

This isn't for you if:
You’re purely dropshipping or only selling on Amazon/eBay.
Your business is in financial trouble and you need an emergency turnaround (I focus on growth and scaling).
You want someone to do the work for you. I’ll give you the roadmap and the guidance, but it's down to you to implement it.
You are already turning over £3m+ (at this stage, your challenges are likely different).
